  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase from Factory Direct Shop is required for all returns/refunds.
  • Please do not send your items back to our factory/manufacturer.
  • Any item not in its original condition or has been used, damaged or has missing parts. 
  • No returns on items more than 30 days after receipt of delivered items.
  • Return shipping cost is paid and borne entirely by the Buyer/Customer.

  2. Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. 


  1. Our return policy is valid within 30 days upon receipt of the goods in its original and unused condition (excluding items on discount, sale and or special offers).
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (T&C applies)

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If your claim for refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit adjustment will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  3. If your item has NOT ARRIVED after 30 days and the item is un-trackable or lost in the post you may start a refund application here REFUND APPLICATION.

Late or missing refunds (T&C applies)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
