The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with return shipping organised by the customer. Once received and verified in the specified condition, any refund will be for the item value only, minus a 15% restocking fee (initial shipping is non-refundable).

An additional return charge, equal to the initial shipping cost, will be deducted from refunds on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error. For health and safety reasons, returns of personal-use items cannot be accepted.
