Made from premium aluminium alloy and durable nylon fittings, the ladder is rust-resistant, incredibly stable and ready for all your DIY needs. The ladder fully extends to 2.6M and collapses neatly into an easy-to-carry 76cm tall, 5cm wide bundle with an easy-carry strap. The steps are a generous 4cm for stability and the legs are fitted with anti-slip end caps to prevent slippage and protect floors. The ladder has a secure lock to keep the steps in place, and a slow descent when collapsing to prevent trapped fingers. Our warehouse is not open to the public and pick up is not available. However we offer free shipping on the majority of our items to almost anywhere in Australia. We are working with Allied Express, Australia Post, Fastway, and Toll to provide the most efficient delivery and service at a reasonable price. Faulty Product:
Unless stated otherwise, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately. In addition to a detailed description of the problem we ask that you provide us with some images (or a short video clip) so that we can quickly proceed with the warranty process. Once approved by our customer service team we will contact you to confirm the process for the return, refund or replacement of the item. Please do not open ebay case or attempt to return the item without our approval as this will only delay the process.
