The frame itself is made of industrial-strength powder-coated steel for durable and robust use. Plus, an onboard computer with an LCD monitor assists in tracing six fitness parameters in one easy operation. The spin bike features an extra thick padded saddle seat that is fully adjustable in height and position. The handlebar is also adjustable to suit your handling comfort. WARRANTY & RETURN FOR THIS ITEM

  1.  generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with an extended warranty for your peace of mind. Electronics products come with a 3-month warranty. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
  2. You are required to notify us within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.
  3. To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
  4. Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
  5. A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

GENERAL RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Please read and understand our web stores return and refund policies before any purchase. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

  • RETURN POLICY – STRICTLY ON UNUSED, UNDAMAGED ITEMS/PRODUCTS ONLY
  1. Request for Returns is only accepted within 7 days from date of receipt at door (excluding items purchased on discount, sale and or special offers).
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item/products must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with original tags (if any) and/or packaging intact. 
  3. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
  4. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at admin@factory-direct.shop
    1. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products were packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
  • RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES & OTHER FEES
  1. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  2. Please do not send your items back to our manufacturing facility. A return address is provided below.
  3. Returning products must include a Trackable shipping service/number provided to us. 
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • REFUND POLICY

The acceptance by Factory Direct Shops of any request for refund/exchange shall not constitute nor be deemed to be an acknowledgement or acceptance by Factory Direct Shops of any breach, default or liability on the part of Factory Direct Shops in respect of such product being refunded/exchanged.

 

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. All successful requests for returns/refunds will be refunded and credited without interest into the same credit card that was used to make the order.* We will return to you payments received from you, excluding delivery charges and admin/handling charges of USD10.00. Requests for returns/refunds may be done by way of email to admin@factory-direct.shop
  3. If your item has NOT ARRIVED after 40 days and the item is un-trackable or lost in the post you may start a refund application here  APPLY FOR REFUND.  We will return to you payments received from you with NO admin/handling fee charged.
  4. Refunds on regular priced items may be entertained if all terms & conditions are met as stated in section (A).  
  5. Factory Direct Shops reserves the right to reject any requests for returns/refunds/exchange that does not fulfil our policies above or for any other reason whatsoever. 

 

  • NO DISCRIMINATION POLICY

STRICTLY NO refunds shall not be entertained by any reasons of characteristics and or discriminating the place/country of origin of the goods/products are made and or by discriminating the national origin, gender, sexual orientation, ancestry, marital status, age, religion or belief, ethnicity, race, color, industrial activity, any other basis associated by any persons or machinery with the manufacturing of the goods/products sold on our website. 

 

  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES POLICY
  1. All sales with Factory Direct Shop are FINAL. If you have any questions or concerns with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, you are strongly encouraged to contact us by email before committing to a purchase. 
  2. We do not accept returns on sale and promotional items, as well as returns of regular priced items beyond the stipulated time period. We do not accept exchanges of items due to size variance within 0.5 inches to 1.5 inches or 5%, whichever higher, from the size guide provided as it is to be reasonably expected and acceptable within manufacturer guidelines.
