Better still, the Sea Captain pool has a built-in steering wheel with a horn that allows kids to pretend they are the captain of the ship as they navigate the wild waters of the sea and honk at the other boats passing by. New pool and spa barrier laws

On 1 December 2019, new laws to improve swimming pool and spa safety came into effect in Victoria. These include new registration, inspection, and certification requirements for property owners. As part of the changes, owners are required to register their pool and spa with their local council and have their safety barrier inspected once every four years. If a Victorian residential pool or spa has a depth of 30cm or more (300mm), it is required to be surrounded by a safety barrier. This includes inflatable pools.

Our warehouse is not open to the public and pick up is not available. However we offer free shipping on the majority of our items to almost anywhere in Australia. We are working with Allied Express, Australia Post, Fastway, and Toll to provide the most efficient delivery and service at a reasonable price. Most orders are shipped out the day after payment has been received. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number after we have processed your order.

Faulty Product:

Unless stated otherwise, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately. In addition to a detailed description of the problem we ask that you provide us with some images (or a short video clip) so that we can quickly proceed with the warranty process. Once approved by our customer service team we will contact you to confirm the process for the return, refund or replacement of the item. Please do not open ebay case or attempt to return the item without our approval as this will only delay the process.
